Our
pets are an important part of our lives. The loss of a pet,
for whatever reason, can be a deeply distressing event.
For many people, this stirs up intense
feelings of grief, sadness, anxiety, guilt, or anger. These
reactions are part of the natural process of grieving that
comes from the experience of a significant loss.
Your feelings
are a reflection of the special bond which you felt with
your pet. Sharing your feelings with others who have had
similar experiences can help in working through the grieving
process. The following are a few resources which we thought
might be of help to you. If you have further
questions, please do not hesitate to consult with us as we
truly do feel deeply for your loss.
